Google Apps - Google is amazing and you need to join the Google World (they own it). They spend limitless dollars hiring the best engineering minds to build the best tools and then share them for little to nothing.
G Suite - Google has created a powerful and integrated communication platform that you can use for ALL your productivity needs - storage, email, chat, docs etc.
Visual - If you're a visual person (you like Instagram or Pinterest) then Trello Boards are a great planning and management tool.
Mobile Agent - if you're a mobile agent then Evernote is an effective way to organize your client folders, files, photos and documents.
