The app is free for all agents who create a free profile on Zillow and is designed to make it easier for agents to work with online leads, particularly leads from Zillow and Trulia.

The app is available on both the Apple and Android stores.
The lead management and routing features are powerful tools to assign leads and immediately respond to any online inquiry through multiple communication channels, including text, email and voice. That’s seriously powerful stuff in the Internet Age when you have as little as 30 seconds to respond to a lead before that lead moves on to the next agent.
Speed, or lack thereof, kills. Getting your leads through push notification alerts like text and text to voice, and having the ability to seamlessly route or forward the alert to the right member of your team, is a real big deal.
But the more compelling feature is that Zillow is starting to share user insights that allow agents to quickly and easily learn about their prospective clients. You get to see some of their browsing history, what homes they liked, how many beds and baths they’re looking for.
The release of the Zillow Premier Agent app follows closely on Zillow’s acquisition of Dotloop, the transaction management platform, and adds more more piece to their arsenal of tools and systems used to manage the entire real estate life cycle.
