Leads are a short cut to new clients but can be very expensive.
Notes and Tips
Here are a number of notes and tips to help you choose the right leads solution:
- Cost Per Lead - Most lead providers charge on a cost per lead basis.
- Non Exclusive - Most lead providers only offer leads on a non exclusive basis. Exclusive leads tend to be very expensive. This puts a premium on your ability to immediately and effectively respond to new leads.
- Referrals - Referrals are every powerful lead source as it is a highly targeted lead. They're expensive at 25% of the gross commission.
- Social Networks - Real estate social networks are a great referral source. Join RESAAS, Activerain and referral groups on Facebook.
