Search marketing covers both PPC (pay Per Click) and SEO (Search Engine Optimization). Basically people go online to search engines like Google and look for information. You can either pay to appear in the results (PPC) or "win" top position for free (SEO).

- Long Tail - Search marketing has evolved and matured to the point that you need to focus on long tail keywords. The top keywords, especially in real estate, are too competitive to get a top ranking.
- Local - Search has gone completely local. This gives you the opportunity to focus on local keywords and great local content
